Spicy Ginger Honey Mocktail
Ingredients:
14 teaspoons ginger
¼ cup lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
chili flakes, optional
2 cups seltzer water
Mint leaves and lime slices for garnishing
Instructions:
Peel the ginger and grate it using a microplane.
In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger, lime juice, honey and chili flakes.
Let the mixture sit for a 3-4 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and with a small mesh strainer,
pour the ginger-lime mixture over the ice.
Top it off with sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine all of the ingredients.
Garnish with mint leaves and sliced lime.
Espresso Martini Mocktail
Ingredients:
4 ounces espresso (whole beans)
2 ounces heavy whipping cream
2 ounces simple syrup
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch salt
cocoa powder - to rim glass
coffee beans - for garnish
Instructions:
Dip the rim of your martini glass into simple syrup and then cocoa powder. Set aside.
Into a cocktail shaker add ice, espresso, heavy cream, simple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Shake vigorously for about a minute or so. Pour into two martini glasses and top with a few coffee beans.
